sale, and winner of the ANALOG Analytical Laboratory award for best short
story of that year.  $4

"The Slithery Dee", in NEW DOMINIONS, ed. Mike Allen, Allen & Allen
Productions, 1995.  1st ed.  This little chapbook features a bunch of Virginia
fantasy/sf writers, and includes Nelson Bond, Richard Dillard, and Paul
Dellinger as well as me.  There were only 100 of the 1st edition printed, and
I only have one copy left.  Illustrations and cover by Artist of the Future
winner Ted Guerin.  $20

"The Three Labors of Bubba", in the 6/96 ANALOG.  The second of the Bubba
stories, and winner of the AnLab for best novelette of the year as well as
making the SFC, NESFA, and TANGENT recommended reading lists.  And an
honorable mention in _The Best SF Of The Year 13_, even if Gardner did get my
name wrong.  $3

"The Ballad of Kansas McGriff", in the Fall 1997 issue of THE HOBO TIMES.  A
52-verse narrative stfnal hobo poem in the style of Robert W. Service,
currently a Nebula nominee, and the favorite of the 'bos at the Marquette Hobo
Music and Poetry Festival this year.  $4

_The Ballad of Kansas McGriff_, Aniara Press 1998.  1st separate ed.  This
chapbook was illustrated (and darned well, too, I might add) by Virginia
artist Daniel Trout, who contributed three interior illos (including a
centerspread) and a wrap-around cover.  Strictly limited to 250 copies, it's
signed by the both of us and comes in a protective envelope, also illustrated
by Daniel.  Sure to go fast if the story makes the Nebula short list.  $4.99
