C&C Publishers has been offering quality fiction to avid readers on the Web since 1996. On New Year's Eve 2000 we launched our newest imprint, Clocktower Books, as an e-book publisher specializing in Rocket eBooks. In the summer of 2000 we began a conversion that will enable us to also publish Print On Demand (POD) and PDF editions of our books. We are an eclectic, omnibus publisher dedicated to quality in every aspect of book publishing. With print publishers embracing e-books, and e-book publishers moving into POD, we believe it's time to move past hollow comparisons between the traditional and new publishing methods. We publish books, pure and simple. The method of delivery (print, e-book, or tattooed onto shaved cats) is incidental. All of us have gone to the same schools, learned the same Literature, studied the same authors, and should, in the end, be seamlessly producing books that avid readers will love. We believe that we middlemen (publishers, editors, agents, etc.) should remember we serve only two masters: the writer and the reader. That is the focus of Clocktower Books, and we believe it is a formula for success.
