The Swamp has a number of new features this issue -- more interactive and taking advantage of that whole web thang:
The Message Boards are no longer hosted by yahoo -- they are now php based, allowing for a broader ability to post, and as well allow us to host a writers' workshop -- totally closed to any eyes but a member's. Also, the magic of perl now allows readers to directly comment on the pieces they read, giving the author direct, secure feedback.
New faces this issue: Mel Logue and David Allkins (of Dark Angel Rising) have some pieces in the gallery, and Andrew Balfour, Darren Paul Clark, Joel Arnold, Karlton Douglas, Slade Chandler, Terry "Horns" Erwin, Thomas L. Smith, David Allkins, and R. Jay Driskill provide us with fresh new fiction. Part 2 of Paul Kane's newest Dalton Quayle feature is up in AHOP, as is the next instalment of "Soap Opera," by Byron Starr.
