Sorry about that...

I've been somewhat overwhelmed by a lack of time and a need to write many things, and the result is, I had to take a moratorium on e-mail correspondence for a while. And, er, the moratorium isn't entirely over, though I do make belated attempts to answer a letter every now and then. So if you don't get a reply till six months after you write, that's the reason.

Please be assured, though, that I love getting mail, and every letter is read and thought about. (I enjoy those comments in the Guestbook, too, and pull them out when I get depressed.)
