Rich Horton: 10/24/96

Not really a self-contained story, but an intriguing long excerpt from Martin's well-received new fantasy novel A Game of Thrones, featuring a deposed, weak, prince and his fiery sister, Dany, whom he marries off to a barbarian warlord. The story shows Dany taking control of her own life from her weak brother and her strong husband. It is exciting and a very good advertisement for the novel.
