I hope you like what you see here, whether it's browsing my booklist, reading how-to's about writing, or random thoughts about life in general. I'm always interested in people's opinions about books, about romance, about writing, so if you want to put in your two cents, feel free to e-mail me.
Dragon Lovers (see picture to the right) is NOW AVAILABLE, and features my novella, "Anna and the King of Dragons," stories from the very fine authors, Mary Jo Putney, Jo Beverley, and Barbara Samuel. I'm proud to say that Anne McCaffrey--the Dragon Queen herself-- reviewed the anthology and she loved it! This is what she said: "Well written, stylish and above all inventive. Dragon Lovers is sure to please readers of all ages....a winner." For an excerpt, click here. For more about our collaboration at our DragonLoversRomance web site, click here.
Dragon Lovers (Signet Eclipse) is now out in mass market paperback form, as of October 7, 2008. You can get it at Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble.
Well, it turns out I'm writing a novella, again in an anthology with Mary Jo Putney, Jo Beverley, and Barbara Samuel, for Signet Eclipse. This time, it's on a theme of the Holy Grail. Mine is tentatively called "Miss Templar and the Holy Grail," and it's set during Regency England. Yes, I've gone back to my Regency romance roots! And of course, there will be a fantasy element. I've felt some strong nostalgia for the Regency romance, and I'm really looking forward to going back to familiar ground again. It'll be fun, and I've missed the Regency romance so much.
BlogsThe Pollyanna Files - my blog of unrelenting sweetness and light.
Occasionally, I'll write some articles for Clever Divas, a blog that features useful and entertaining articles for women by women. Check it out! We've got everything from how to handle finances to recipes to the care of our loved ones as well as our furry friends.
I'm also playing around with MySpace, to see what that's like. I don't care for the ads much, but blogging on it seems easy. I think I'll post mostly to my Pollyanna Files blog, though, and MySpace will be mostly for announcements and such.
