X-Files is (in my opinion) still one of the best hours on television today. I'm one of these people who don't like to be "spoon fed" everything. I like to have to think about what is going on, to work along with the central characteres to figure out what is happening, and X-Files, with all its' twists and turns and conspiracys, is right up my alley. It is one of those rare series that gives its' audience credit for a little intelligence and its' following proves that the trust wasn't misplaced. I hope we'll see many more episodes of the X-Files.
