Instructions:
Bookplates are available for a self-addressed stamped envelope or an IRC.
If you live inside the United States and would like one or several bookplates, please USE STREET MAIL to send me a regular letter-sized self-addressed stamped envelope. Tell me which bookplate(s) you're requesting.
If you live outside the United States, send me your address and a couple of International Reply Coupons. USE STREET MAIL.
By the way, it isn't necessary to make up ridiculous stories about helping senior citizens/disabled children/MENSA members with their autograph collections. All you need to do to get an autographed bookplate is to follow the instructions above. If you don't want it inscribed (signed to you), be sure to tell me. I don't mind if you are getting it to increase the value of a used book you're planning to sell. (Though of course I wish you would buy a new copy from me.) I don't even mind, particularly, if you waste your time trying to sell the autograph on eBay, but you ought to know that anyone who's Internet-savvy enough to buy stuff on eBay is also Internet-savvy enough to find out that they can get my autograph for the price of a stamped envelope.

A: No. The publicity photo is expensive -- I even make newspapers give me back the copy I lend them on the rare occasion when someone wants to print it. If you really want a photo of me, you can make arrangements with the photographer, Gary Benson, to buy one, and send it to me with return postage, and then I'll be happy to sign it.
