ZOMBIES ZOMBIES ZOMBIES! (5 Entries)
Enough of these have accumulated to form their own category. “From Hell It Came” and “Night Of The Living POTUS” have been moved from Funny Horror. One of the short-shorts listed under Ridiculously Short Stories, “Under The Ice,” could also claim a place here, but has been left where it is because of length.

THE AISOURCE INFECTION (9 entries)
These stories are part of an ongoing future history, additional pieces of the same mystery explored in my Andrea Cort novels Emissaries from the Dead, The Third Claw of God, and The Fall of the Marionettes. "Unseen Demons" and “Hiding Place” are both short Andrea Cort adventures. There is a connection between these stories and the Vossoff and Nimmitz stories, but it should not be wholly trusted, as the Vossoff and Nimmitz stories are comedy salad and not meant to be internally consistent.

"The Funeral March of the Marionettes", Fantasy and Science Fiction, July 1997 (Hugo, Nebula Nominee).
"Sunday Night Yams at Minnie and Earl's," Analog, June 2001 (Nebula nominee).
"Unseen Demons," Analog, July/August 2002.

"The Stalking of John Doe," starring Spider-Man, Untold Tales of Spider- Man, 1998

THE VOSSOFF AND NIMMITZ (AND DEJAH SHAPIRO) STORIES (8 entries)

These stories, featuring the misadventures of a pair of interstellar idiots and the very smart woman who‘s been married to both, are affiliated with the far more serious AIsource Infection universe, but not quite of it. The Bettelhine Munitions Corporation, which figures in many of these tales, is also a major player in the second Andrea Cort novel The Third Claw of God (as is Dejah Shapiro). But there’s an invisible distorting line between the two series, that renders these a wholly unreliable portrait of her universe as a whole. Do not expect consistency; there is none, even internally.
"Just a Couple of Sentients Sitting Around Talking," Science Fiction Age, September 1994.
"Just a Couple of Extinct Aliens Riding Around In a Limo," Science Fiction Age, January 1995.
