Kabbalah Classes and Workshops

I have been lecturing on the basic philosophy of Kabbalah for many years now in informal classes and workshops. While the material covered in each is similiar, there are basic differences between the two:

Classes
Kabbalah classes are held in my Manhattan apartment on Sunday afternoons. Study groups are always forming and merging; therefore there is not necessarily a particular start date for these types of classes. As people express interest, the classes form around their schedules. There are currently four series of classes, each one taking up two Sunday sessions:

Introduction to Kabbalah Series One
The History of Kabbalah
The Shekhinah - the Feminine Aspect of Gd
Medidation
The Kabbalistic Tree of Life
Angels & Demons (And Things that Go Bump in the Night)

Introduction to Kabbalah Series Two
Permissible and Non-Permissible Magic
Three Important Texts - Bahir, Zohar, and Sefer Yetzirah
The Paths of the Tree of Life
The Lives of Four Great Jewish Mystics - Abraham Abulafia, Isaac of Acco, Moses Cordovero, and Isaac Luria

Advanced Kabbalah Series One
Golems
A Closer Look at the Bahir
Dream Interpretation
A Closer Look at Abulafian Kabbalah

Advanced Kabbalah Series Two
Merkavah and Hekhalot Mysteries
A Closer Look at the Sefer Yetzirah
Gematria
A Closer Look at Lurianic Kabbalah

The cost of each two-Sunday series is $125/student

Workshops
My Kabbalah Workshops (or seminars, if you prefer) are held in various cities across the country over specific weekends, from Friday night through Sunday afternoon. They are usually held at the home of one of the students in an informal setting. A typical weekend looks like this:

Friday
Welcoming the Sabbath
The Shekhinah - the Feminine Aspect of the Divine
The Universal Universal Tree

Saturday
Breakfast with the Rabbi
The Tree of Life
Havdallah - A Ritual of Separation

Sunday
An Overview of the Lives of Four Great Jewish Mystics
Elective Session
Meditation and Kabbalah

The number of openings available is dependant upon the size of the space in which the sessions will be held (usually 10-12 students). Currently, the cost the weekend is $150. Students are, however, welcome to participate on a one day basis:
Friday night only: $30
Saturday only: $75 (includes brunch)
Sunday only: $60 (includes light food).

Please drop me email if you want additional information about any of the classes or workshops.
