Subject: MSDNAA Login Accounts on the way

I have just imported the e-mail addresses you have sent me for your students into Microsoft’s ELMS system.  The system will generate accounts over the next 24 hours and e-mail students with their accounts.  I have received an automated e-mail indicating it is happening.  Please announce the following to your students:

1) Make sure they check their e-mail for a message from Microsoft.  They must activate their ELMS accounts.

2) Share the following URL with your students:  http://virtual.mjc.edu/zamoraj/msdnaa/access.htm

a. This gives students further instructions on accessing ELMS and where to burn the software to CDs.

b. The information is useful to instructors as well (indicates what software is available).

Make sure students know they have to bring their own blank CDs to burn the software they want.  Also, if your students do not have accounts on the CS domain in the networking lab, they will need those as well.  Most of you can handle the creation of accounts on the CS domain if a student doesn’t have one.

If students do not have an e-mail message from Microsoft in the next 24 hours or so, either they submitted an incorrect e-mail address or I don’t have their e-mail address on electronic file
