It's on the way!

“Traitors' Gate and Other Doorways to the Past”, my latest release from Annick Press, should hit the bookstores near the end of the summer.

Polaris: A Celebration of Polar Science, edited by Julie E. Czerneda (Star Ink Books, 2007) – which includes my story “The Lost Land” – won the 2007 Science in Society Book Award, Young Adult category. The award was presented at the Canadian Science Writers’ Association gala awards banquet in Whitehorse on May 24.

Polaris was also shortlisted for the 2007 Aurora Award for Best Work in English (Other), which honours Canadian science fiction and fantasy.
