Honors:

"The Likeness" (see above) earned an Honorable Mention in the 1995 edition of THE YEAR'S BEST FANTASY AND HORROR, edited by Terri Windling and Ellen Datlow. The anthology containing this story, CTHULHU'S HEIRS, also won the 1994 Origins Award for Best Game-related Fiction.

"Gil" (see XANADU 3 above) earned an Honorable Mention in the 1996 edition of THE YEAR'S BEST FANTASY AND HORROR, edited by Terri Windling and Ellen Datlow.

Miscellaneous:

I've written hundreds of articles for local, regional and national publications, such as Cinefantastique, Science Fiction Age and Realms of Fantasy, Sci-Fi Entertainment and others.

I served as editor of Sci-Fi Magazine, the official magazine of the Sci Fi Channel for about a year, as well.
