The Thunder Bay 2009 Kotei Tournament is presented by the City of Thunder Council of Oracles, Thunder Bay’s oldest Legend of the Five Rings player group. The Council includes the following players:
Douglas A. Yahn
Douglas began playing Legend of the Five Rings with the release of the Imperial Edition. He is a Scorpion Clan player, and both an AEG Bounty Hunter and Tournament Organizer. Douglas is the Thunder Bay Tournament Organizer for 2009.
Alex Buitenhuis
Alex began playing Legend of the Five Rings during the Hidden Emperor storyline.
He is a Shadowlands player, and is a local Tournament Organizer. .
Steven Seller Email
Steven began playing Legend of the Five Rings during the Hidden Emperor storyline.
He is a Crane Clan player and sits on the Board of the Lakehead Japanese Cultural Association.
Richard Lee
Richard began playing Legend of the Five Rings during the Hidden Emperor storyline.
He is a Phoenix Clan player and a local Tournament Organizer.
Eric Gardiner
Eric began playing Legend of the Five Rings during the Hidden Emperor storyline.
He is a Mantis Clan player and is the 2004 Region 11, the 2005 Region 6, and the 2006 Region 26 Kotei Champion.

Dave began playing Legend of the Five Rings at the end of the Hidden Emperor storyline.
He is a Shadowlands, Spider and Scorpion Clan player, is a local Tournament Organizer and is the Thunder Bay 2009 Kotei webmaster. Dave is also the head judge for the Thunder Bay 2009 Kotei.
