A little over halfway through with the Academy now. And, I made another 100 on the weekly test! I'm holding the #1 spot in academics by a pretty decent margin. I think that as long as I don't tank the final I'll be able to hold onto it.

Okay, picture time:

This is me doing my usual geekish studying between classes. This picture is post-haircut, but it's kinda hard to see just how short it is. Trust me, it's short.

I'm not sure who took this picture, but it's obvious they needed the coffee more than I did. Or maybe they'd already had too much. This picture is pre-haircut. Imagine my hair about 2 inches shorter.

This is me and Lenny getting hats and certificates for getting the first 100s on a weekly test. I tried to get Lenny to put his on backward for the picture, but he preferred to maintain a sense of decorum.

Finally, this is me (the one on the right) participating in a heinous form of PT called an "Indian Run." Basically the entire class gets into two columns, running in step/formation, and whenever the instructor blows his whistle, the person in the back of each column has to sprint to the front of the column. It's pretty darn painful.
