I went to apply for my passport today. I brought all my pertinent papers with me, including my two pictures. There was no line at all so I filled out my application and handed it to the lady, and then was informed that I can't get my passport in my maiden name until my divorce is final. Sheesh. So my passport will be in my married name, and then once I get my final un-married papers, I can have it amended.

I'm so annoyed. Pages 21-52 are missing from my copy of Fire Watch. Tomorrow I'll take it back to the bookstore and make them give me one that has all the pages in it. Hopefully it was just a fluke and not all of the copies have missing pages.

I've started doing some shopping for clothing to wear up in Seattle. I think I'm just going to end up with lots of comfy skirts. I don't really like wearing shorts, and jeans will probably be too hot most of the time.
