![]() Family picture. I'm the one being held. ![]() I had a wonderfully relaxing day today. I spent most of the day totally avoiding human contact. I slept a nice long time, did a bit of work on the computer after I woke up, had a nice breakfast, then bicycled down to the gym around 11. There was one other person working out when I got there, but we basically ignored each other, so all was well. It's not a long bike ride by any stretch--only 2.5-3 miles. But I'm unused to cycling, and my thighs were complaining loudly by the time I got home. So I took a nice long relaxing shower and proceeded to do nothing of any worth or note for the next four or so hours. Very nice. I did finally break down and succumb to actual interaction with other human beings around 5ish, since earlier in the day I'd made pasta, and then discovered that I had no colander or pasta-scooping thingies. I made do with two spoons, but decided I would later head down to Kmart and get various kitchen things that I keep missing. And I'm slowly getting things unpacked, but I didn't do much today. How nice. |
