Here is a costume which is made more exceptional by the fact that the costumer was wearing it in the middle of a hot Philadelphia day, and he hadn't fainted yet. The story behind this costume comes from a Babylon 5 show with the following dialouge:
Londo: "I feel as if I have been attacked by a, it's an Earth creature, with webbed feet, a bill, and feathers."
Vir: "A cat!"
Londo: "Yes, that's it. A cat."
