Weight: 265
Mood: slightly less puzzled, now

Methinks it's time to move on to Ongoing Weight Loss and bump up my good carb quotient with more veggies, berries and nuts/seeds. I just broke down and had a hamburger and some french fries from the cafeteria, and now I feel like I'm tingling all over (and this is definitely in a good, "oh, look, your left side just came back online" way). Oookay then.

Goodbye induction, hello OWL. I'm going to start adding the occasional avocado, stir-fried veggies or cup of berries with cream to the diet this week and see what happens. I'll keep that up, adding 5 carbs each week until I reach my optimum level of carb intake, then we peg it there and keep going.

In the meantime, I'm still at 265, a weight I haven't been since Montreal. I'm going to wait until I'm at 260, then I'm going to try on my G-Division jeans again and see if I can add them back into the regular rotation. If I can, it means that I'll only have the old, old, OLD Wranglers from back before I was married that I can't wear -- once I fit into THOSE, baybee, I'm in a whole new territory.
