Okay, then -- 3 x 10 lat pulldowns, 3 x 10 dumbbell rows, 3 x 10 back hyperextensions, 3 x 10 dumbbell curls and 1 x 10 deadlifts (no weights, and only 1 set because I did something interesting to my knee earlier and it informed me it wasn't happy with deadlifts), plus a viewing of R. Kelly's video "In the Closet" that had a completely unsurprising cliffhanger, given the video's name. I don't feel like quite the wuss anymore, although I still want to crash like nobody's business.
