No, I haven't been a slacker. I did 40 minutes and my leg workout on Friday, nothing on Saturday because I had a migraine and it was absolutely PISSING down, and 40 minutes on Sunday even though it was still pissing down because I'm determined that way. Monday night was insanely busy, so I moved the weights to yesterday (lat pulldowns, standing lat pulldowns, dumbbell curls, standing rows) plus cardio, and tonight I'll be doing my "push" weight workout plus cardio.
I've also lost four pounds since Sunday -- all of it water weight from the Crimson Tide, mind you, but God I feel so much better.
