Goooooood Mellie. A full 30 minutes on the reclining bike today, plus lat pulldowns, barbell curls and standing rows yesterday. Realistically I should have done my weight routine today, but it was already midnight and I didn't want to get too pumped up before I went to bed -- makes it difficult to sleep. So I'll do it tomorrow, tra la.

Must. Buy. More ibuprofen. Yes.
Tonight was a full 30 on the reclining bike while watching HALF TON MAN on TLC (talk about an inspiration), then leg curls, extensions and calf raises. I should have done straight-legged deadlifts, but I had to get back to the apartment to wake the boy -- I'll have to do those tonight.
No visible improvement, but the Crimson Tide is on the horizon and screwing with my hormones, so I'm already getting spongy. Oh, well -- maybe I'll see something week after next.
