Since the reclining bike was Off Limits for obvious reasons, I decided to use the crosstrainer for my aerobic session.
Oh. My. GOD. My ass was kicked all over the weight room, and it was a GOOD asskicking. The only problem about working out by myself is that I forget I need to shake up my routine every so often when I plateau out on one machine. I'd definitely plateaued on the reclining bike -- that selfsame plateau is way, WAY off on the crosstrainer.
And yes, I'm hobbling around like a little Serbian grandmother this morning, but it's worth it, and I'm going straight back on the mother tonight, so there.
