I thought you might enjoy
seeing the German
edition. The colors are
quite nice, though none of
the characters pictured
are actually in the book.
Many times, in foreign
editions, the editors use
existing artwork rather an
commissioning new
pieces.

Another Bob Eggleton. I
thought the swirling snow
and fire exceptionally nice
on this one.

like the clock tower and the
symbolic fire, and do not
mind too much that the
dragon should actually be
a dinosaur. Of course, a
dinosaur might have
looked stupid standing on
a roof. Bob told me the
movie, Dark City,
influenced his style on this
one. I used a paint
program to remove some of
the lettering to show the
painting better.
