A bard by nature and training, Sbasi loves her songs and her ability to swiftly cover the vast distances of Norrath. Her last name is taken from an ancient Basque moon goddess, said to to be "a feminine force which emerged from the world of hidden things" (see Buber's Basque Page, Folklore section, for more). Sbasi was born in Qeynos and the plains of Karana are all well-known to her. At level 9 she crossed Antonica with a friend, to adventure in Misty Thickets and the Commonlands near Freeport. As a bard, she has had to travel to Faydwer and to Erudin on occasion, in search of songs for her ever-growing collection. |

She has spent many hours in the mountain stronghold of Highkeep, battling fierce Pickclaw Goblins, and she stayed there until she reached level 32. She learned a lot about different players in EQ, and how to work with many different classes. |
After the move to the new server, Xev, she spent time first in Everfrost, fighting mammoths, and then in South Karana, mostly killing Tesch Mas Gnolls through the strategy known as fear-kiting. More recently she moved to Kunark, where she's been hunting Drolvargs with the help of her friends, who want to have an upper-level bard to group with. She's currently level 35, and climbing.
Sbasi dearly hopes that Verant's changes to the bard experience tables will make it easier for her to catch up with her friends, and play with them more often. |

Early Sbasi adventures:
The giant spiders were difficult kills in the early days. Now Sbasi hunts them regularly, gathering silk for her tailoring.
