Big news for all Dragonrealm fans! Just in time for the 20th anniversary of the series’ publication, I have just agreed to the rerelease of the first three volumes of the Dragonrealm --- FIREDRAKE, ICE DRAGON, & WOLFHELM --- through Pocket Books! Intended to be published summer of 2009, the three will compose a trade omnibus with new cover art! Pocket often also does e-books, so this may also come to pass!
This is a chance for Dragonrealm fans and those who have not yet tried the series to enter my world and meet or renew acquaintance with such characters as the wizard Cabe Bedlam, Gwen---the Lady of the Amber, the majestic Gryphon, the astounding Darkhorse, and the mysterious sorcerer, Shade! FIREDRAKE was the first novel I ever completed, written before there was a Dragonlance or WarCraft. It was one of two writing samples that gained me my work with Dragonlance, which was the only series that TSR was publishing at that time. However, on the strength of my work with them, FIREDRAKE was picked up by TIME-WARNER, who also bought a sequel. It thus has a special place in my heart and I appreciate the kind words I still receive from fans around the world!
