This is a romance novel I wrote for a publishing program that closed down before releasing it, and I never found another publisher for it. I briefly licensed the e-rights to an early e-publisher, but virtually no readers found it. So I got the rights back and retired the book for years... Until now! Affordable e-publishing and the explosion of the e-book market in mainstream venues has made it possible, after all these years, to release this book for what is, in effect, the first time. In his sexually-charged WWII-era romance, American spy Paul Finley stumbles into consciousness one misty dawn to discover he's lost his memory in a brutal beating administered by the Gestapo. As he recovers in hiding, deep in the French countryside, a beautiful French Resistance operative, Gabrielle, tries to help him unlock the important secret that's buried in his mind.
