Heart's Revenge
-- A Paranormal Romance Novel:

Okay, so technically this novel isn't horror, but it does have Blackbeard's headless ghost in it, and some very cool spooky scenes of haunted shipwrecks and wild ponies running on the beaches of Ocracoke Island. This novel was a fun change of pace for me, as I dabbled in the world of romance mixed with action and ghosts.

Read an excerpt from the first chapter of Heart's Revenge, by Julia C. Porter (better known as, well, me!). The book comes out in June 2006, from Five Star Books!

Horror Stories:

I've always had a soft spot for a good, scary story. It all started back when I read Stephen King's Christine back in 7th grade. So I've had fun writing my own. Where appropriate, I've attached a link if a story has been published online. You can also check out my genre-less, chronological bibliography.
