People occasionally ask question when the discover I'm a writer. The usual answers are "no," "yes," "approximately 3.1415926535," "Semprini," and "globulin."
Other times, people ask about writing. So I decided to create the FAQs. The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America added them to their Web pages.
Word Count Important Note: While the top markets and book publishers still use this method, many other markets (especially online markets, who don't have the same issues with space) now use the word count function in your word processor.
