This book represents the culmination of my literary career. It contains all of my published stories (twenty-six in all) with a few very minor exceptions not worth reproducing.
It is also meant to be my final book. As noted elsewhere in these pages, I retired from writing some time ago, leaving only one more thing I wanted to do: to see my short fiction collected in a single high-quality volume. This is it.
