My writings have won three major awards     The story "Reading the Bones" is the 1998 Nebula novella award winner. This story was first published in the January, 1998, issue of The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction. You can read it in Nebula Awards Showcase 2000, Greg Benford, editor, published by Harcourt. An expanded version was published in 2003 by Tachyon Press.       My first novel, Infinity's Web, won the Compton Crook award for first novels.       Tiger in the Sky won the 1999 San Diego Book Award for Best Young Adult Novel.
