An opulant restored theater from the 1920's, it is a favorite of Sebastian's. He covertly supports an annual Halloween showing there of his favorite silent movies, accompanied by a full orchestra and theater organ.
A nature preserve on the edge of town, it is the main gathering point of the Garou.
Built in the 1920s, this hotel is connected to the Embassy Theater. It was once the favored businessman's hotel in the center of the city, and has several internal suites without windows.
Where once there was a major manufacturing plant, is now a throbbing nightspot. Stacks of speakers three stories high blast out ear-deafening techo, trance, and dance music into a cavernous former factory. The floor is oil-stained and covered with sawdust, the atmosphere reeks of grease, smoke, sweat, and sex, and the crowd loves it. A perfect place for arranging illegal activities of any kind.
A major Node dedicated to the Celestial Chorus, the tall spire of the white marble Cathedral stands out both in the daylight and through spotlights at night. The entire block is suffused with Quintessence, and any vampire so much as stepping foot onto the block would suffer as though they had stepped into sunlight. [Use the standard daylight damage chart, modified by the amount of Humanity a character has: Fortitude will soak these wounds.]
There is a small museum of relics associated with the cathedral: it is rumored that a holy artifact is stored there.
A vacant lot, except it holds a ghost of a church, and its ghostly pastor, Father McDowell.
The Three Rivers (a confluence of two rivers, the St. Marys and the Maumee, forming the St. Joseph) Cairn is actually three cairns, located on the shores around the confluence. Ownership of the cairns is divided among the two dominant Garou tribes, the Fianna and the Glass Walkers: the Fiana control the northern cairn, the Glasswalkers control the eastern cairn, and control of the third is the subject of annual competitions between the two tribes: currently the Fianna have had control for the past four years, and the Glass Walkers are beginning to become angry at the perceived dominance of the smaller numbered tribe and are considering taking the cairn by force.
Lately, through its contacts in the Army Corps of Engineers, Pentex has been stripping trees from the riverbanks along the confluence, trying to locate or destroy the cairns. So far they have been unsuccessful.
The cairns seem to be connected with a mystical Node that is centered around the confluence of the rivers itself, and the Quintenessence from the rushing waters is being collected and transfered somewhere, but no one knows where.
A Mage of the Akashic Brotherhood, Wendell tends sushi bar at a small Japanese restaurant. He performs many of the customary duties of a regular bartender, however, including acting as a confidant and advisor.
The "prince" of the city is Sebastion, a Ninth Generation Ventrue. He generally refuses to take an active role in the actual ruling of the city, having spent so much time in the city under the Ban.
A phantom, a shadow, a whisp of air, and a mocking voice. Jeremy is a Malkavian who has never been seen. He uses his mastery of Obfuscate to hide himself from all sight, and generally wanders the city, keeping an eye out for anyone who might be amusing to annoy. He particularly like to annoy supernatural beings, especially newcomers to the city.
(Although all the vampires of the city, and even Sebastion, think that Jeremy is a vampire, Jeremy is actually a wraith.)
Tough as old leather and just as brown, Toothgnasher is the shaman who rides herd on the tensions between the two Garou tribes. Despite his shaman's powers, he is still capable of knocking flat most any of the young bucks who try to challenge his authority or disrupt the peace.
Father McDowell died in an automobile crash near Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. He was quite surprised when he found himself haunting the church, and he suffered an almost complete loss of faith because of it. It was only when the church itself had been torn down (to make a parking lot) but returned as a ghostly cathedral on nights of the full moon that he accepted his fate. Now he serves as a confessor to any restless spirits who approach.
