NEWSFLASH!
Yes, I have no excuse.
I haven't updated this journal for a whole frigging month, and yes, John Savage, I should be very ashamed of myself, and yes, I am being beaten by two whales, three salmon, five dolphins and one tuna-mackerel mutant hybrid (now where did THAT one come from? Hmmm...).
The story is long and filled with truly grueling torture including stress, insanity, disease, haggling, making real estate deals, and moving heavy objects from one house to another, while sick with a nasty virus... not to mention being offline at home for nearly two weeks, while the computer moved residences. Ok, so *I* moved too, but hey, they say, "home is where the computer is." Or do I say that? In any case, I am going daft here.

I am back online. Typing in a messy new room of my house, surrounded by piles of junk.

Yes, it happened. My dream has come true, and I have a permanent home for the first time in my life. *huge grin*
Will let you all know more later, but for now, be glad I made it in one piece. :-)
