NEWSFLASH!

This is actually being written in May (5-19-07) but I hate to skip months, and March was very difficult.

In brief, on March 6th my mother went to an ocologist with the complaint of a painful abdominal lump, the lump was diagnosed to be serious, and she checked into the hospital on the same day. After they ran tests such as CT scans, etc, she was scheduled to be operated for ovarian cancer on Thursday, March 8th, for a complete abdominal hysterectomy.

The operation was fine but mom was in great pain and recovered slowly, and was only ckecked out of the hospital on March 21st.

Then, after just two days of being at home the stiches area was hoprribly infected, puss and liquid brioke out and we went into the ER on Saturday night, after which they again immediately checked her back into the hospital, this time for the infection and wound treatment. She stayed there and was checked out in April. See next month's continuation...

Meanwhile I spent all of my time at the hospital, missed days and weeks and months of work, and sat next to mom, on an average 12 hours a day. I even did my taxes sitting in the hospital at mom's bedside.
